I received the same letter referencing a referral from NSS, I requested, and received, company information from Katy Gravatt. She was forthcoming, "My company is fairly new and I have not yet registered with MSPA, though I do plan on doing so soon. I have been working in this industry for 11 years now with National Shopping Service. I started SCS about a year ago to cater to smaller clients who have fewer locations and/or lower shop frequency. I have found that there are many small companies that have a hard time finding MS companies that will take smaller accounts, so that's what my company is designed to do."
I appreciated Katy being receptive to my due diligence prior to registering with SCS. She proactively provided references and has been nothing but polite and professional.
