CORI being LATE on the update

How strange is this?

I submitted a shop to CORI on the 8th of August. It was reviewed and accepted and given a score of 5 several days later. Today (August 22) I get an email asking me questions about details of the shop. I'll obviously be able to send them an email clarifying these once I get home to my notes, but seriously? 2 weeks later after the report has been accepted and graded and you need more details?

Anyone have a similar situation?

-EDIT- AND they're asking me questions about things they don't even include on their checklist for this particular shop.

that means the client is questioning your report and they are
trying to match your shop up to the video

There are no stupid questions, but there are a lot of inquisitive idiots

The problem is, I'm kind of unsure if I even wrote the information down that they're questioning since it wasn't included in the checklist (like how many people were behind me in line?) I'm supposed to be paid for the shop tomorrow, so a 2 week delay seems excessive.

inky techman is right. The client is most likely matching you to video so be sure you give the right details.
janalou, love the new? sig linegrinning smiley

Looks like I don't have the right details unfortunately tongue sticking out smiley
I didn't write things down that weren't asked for and I don't have a memory that spans two weeks back to minutia. Oh well.

My shop was voided. The first red line I have ever gotten from CORI. I nearly threw up.
I just wrote them a super long email with the information I DO remember which hardly answers their questions. Frankly, I don't time how long I'm in line if that isn't a requirement of the shop.

Had that happen years ago. I was getting angrier and angrier as I argued on the phone, "But it's impossible to submit a report with answers left blank!!!" I finally had to resubmit the report.
Have you asked to do so, with the extra leverage of mentioning that they may want to make that available to you before the report becomes unacceptable to the client?
Shoot, maybe I should have waited to reply to the email until after they submitted payment tomorrow since I did have 24 hours to reply.

If it makes you feel better, that probably would not have made a difference. In order for us to receive payment in our bank accounts tomorrow, they would have had to process it today at the latest.

I actually don't mind being questioned on my shops and having things verified, but 2 weeks is silly.

Sorry our postings crossed paths.
It would be worth arguing on several counts. 1) They've been pushing through those shops from two weeks ago as their computers were losing our information. 2) You definitely would have originally provided answers since the report will not submit with blanks. 3) If they're just now letting you know from a couple weeks ago, it sounds more like their delay caused the report to be insufficiently fresh for the client. 4) What the ****! Whatever happened to simply providing missing information within 24 hours???!!!
The arguing is over...as much as I hate to admit it. They sent me 3 emails regarding the same client, but different locations. Each shop was missing atleast 4 answers. I responded immediately to the first 2 emails, which took over an hour. The 3rd email was "buried" in with the first 2. I never saw it. I use gmail for them & I have had this issue before. An email gets lost. I have to take the majority of the blame. My rating did not take a hit....but still. $45 shop!

Lisa, I just checked and you are so right. The shop they're questioning about is already marked paid.
