You go back to the shops list, and there is a link that says confirm. You click on that link and your shop will be confirmed.

You're confirming after you've done the shop, not after you submit the report. If you submit the report, I don't think the "confirm" button is available anymore.

Well I guess I screwed that up. I should have know better. I tried to go back after I submitted the shop to confirm. It was gone. I hope Best Mark can help. Maybe they should have highlighted that in the instructions for adummies like me.

It's okay, if you have turned in the report it's confirmed :-) I don't think that they will ding you for not confirming if they have the report. Was it due tomorrow?

I was informed that once you complete your shop you are automatically confirmed.

Hello,
When I do work for this company, I always confirm it right after I do the job and before I input the report. Once you have submitted the report, the confirm option is no longer available because by then they know that the job is complete. Thanks!

I do that too. I do the shop, then go online and hit CONFIRM and then I'm ready to submit my report.
