I haven't shopped with them in over a year but I still receive their emails. I wanted to log on and see what jobs they had but it wouldn't let me. I even requested the password be resent (and the system recognized me because they resent it) and I still can't log in. Should I just reapply with them?

I wouldn't reapply with them, Just send an email to the customer support or on their FB page and they should be able to get your account back up and running. Best of luck!
Bestmark must have had shops of interest to you, or you wouldn't be trying to login. I would inquire. In any event, you never know what clients may come around. In my area, Bestmark has casual dining shops, among others, that I really enjoy.
