I'd rather have an enema with turpentine than ever do another one of their shops.

From their website I thought they might be a pretty nice MSC to work for. They've only had 1 shop in my area since I signed up and it didn't even pay enough to cover the food cost. For fast food BBQ. It sat on the board for almost a month before someone took it.

This is an odd statement considering that you are not a registered shopper with our company. You've never been a registered shopper with our company. You've never completed an assignment for our company.

I'm thinking about signing up for one of thier shops. I am really curious about one of the shops they are advertising.
Wow. Now my account has been disabled.

That's just downright hilarious. OMG.

I mean seriously, what's gonna do more damage to a company, me saying they've only had one shop in my area since I signed up and it didn't pay enough to cover the costs, or hundreds of shoppers finding out my account got disabled for saying that?

Well I'm sure I wasn't hard to find. How many shoppers do they have with the last name of Griffin, first initial B? And if they had more than a few, shouldn't be too hard to find the one signed up in an area where they only have one BBQ shop.

It leads to the obvious next question though, as a forum do we want participation of MSC's who will dump shoppers if they don't like a comment they made about them?

It sure looks like that's the pattern here.
Dave. What I find interesting is how you treat your Registered Shoppers.
I hope this is simply a mistake you will correct...

I checked into it and there is nothing to correct. bgriffin's account is active and shows a login from several weeks ago.

I would agree that there is a pattern here when it comes to comments posted about our company.

I like the "Our Company" comment. I thought it was your company.

Anyways, I guess we will get an update from bg soon enough...winking smiley

HA! Amazingly enough it's active again. Dave, I'm really interested in this. So you're saying it was just some computer error and that my account wasn't disabled? Because when I tried to login earlier, it said my password was incorrect. So I hit the help me login button, put in my email address, and it came back with "we show an account with this email in our system but it has been disabled by the administrator." But according to you there was never anything wrong with my account? You're digging a bigger hole. Just own up to the mistake and be done with it. Not that I will EVER do a shop for your company now. Obviously you have a problem with my remark, which I really didn't think was all that bad, and was 100% the truth. At this point I would never do a shop and expect that it actually gets approved and I get paid.

on a side note, yes my account is active, but it's not approved for any shops, anywhere, in the whole US. LOL

I am a registered shopper with Sentry and I have always been treated well.

After years of lurking, I came out of hiding to simply say that I find it hilarious that Sentry would disable your account for making a truthful statement. Maybe instead of disabling you, they should consider paying more for their shops. Hope I don't get disabled for having an opinion.

Dave, unless you know the specific email address I use just for shopping you really have no clue who I am. Oh yes I have indeed shopped for Sentry and I will NEVER do so again. Go tell that to the shills who think they're giving you good information about people.

bgriffin,

I checked your account again this morning. Your account is open and active. The reason you are showing as ineligible for self-scheduling of assignments is that you have not completed the orientation module.

Cettie - I don't think it is fair to say that you have shopped for my company. My point is that you are not a registered shopper with Sentry and not part of our shopper net-work.
Interesting, the last time I logged in I was able to see shops in several places. Suddenly my shopper orientation became uncompleted? How big of a hole do you wanna dig?

No conspiracy here. Last weekend we migrated our assignment preparation platform from Sentry Marketing University to format which resides on our site. As a part of this migration, we reviewed and revised each of the visits builders in Prophet. As a result, if you were previously able to view visits outside your area, you would not be able to after the change.

In addition, we just don't have many assignments available in your area.
