I had a report due on the 12th. It was lost three times, saving just a small portion each time I tried to submit. Then I couldn't log in at all. I finally emailed the scheduler and was told there was nothing wrong with their system. Hours after it should have arrived, I got the auto "You are late with your report" email. No duh! But I logged in immediately and the report went through the first time.
