Is anyone a member of their panel or have any experience with them good or bad? They do website usability testing and have a panel of "users" who do website tests for a $10 fee. Not really "mystery shopping" per se, but figure it is close enough that someone might have some feedback for me?
Full disclosure - I am not considering signing up to be on their panel, but am considering hiring them to do a project for me - I work for a marketing research company and we do usability studies - usually in an in-person focus group setting - and I am exploring this as a potential cheaper option for our clients.
