A Cirrus funny

This compnay is ridiculous. I wish I saw this feed before working with them. They want an extensive report completed in 12 hours. They asked me to go back to the department store to get more names. Okay, I did all that. Who wants to be dropped from a $70 assignment after all that work.
Okay shop done. Report complete. Submit invoice. All done. Now I usually expect payment within six weeks. No such fortune. After many emails I was told payment would be sent at the end of June. I emailed that was unacceptable. No reply. Email again. I get a response that the payment schedule is listed on their site. I emailed a reply that their unbelievable payment schedule is not on the shopper application, rather it is buried in a faq section. I again received no reply. Today I finally called and demanded payment now. I just received an email that I was sent my payment. Only after 3 months, 10 emails and an angry phone call. Never again will I work with Cirrus 360.

Cirrus is late in paying me. Shame on me for not having checked this board before working for them - so frustrating!
Maybe if shoppers declined their shops, it might be an eye opener.

After four months and no pay, obtain paperwork for Small Claims Court. Make
copies of your invoices due. Make copies of your assignment page as proof that the shop was
completed and accepted by them. It might cost you approx. $45.00 in court fees, but include
this fee in your case against them, then they will have to reimburse you.

Send an email to mhoward@cirrusmktg.com. Inform M.Howard that you have not received
payment for shops performed, and you are in the process of bringing a small claims case
against Cirrus Marketing Intelligence for non payment of work performed (Orange County CA
phone number 714-899-7600). Keep copies of all correspondence between you and Cirrus,
emails, text messages and take with you to court.

Then contact the Better Business Bureau and report them for non payment of work performed.
