I'm having the same problem with checks. This is the second time my check has been lost in the mail (wink, wink) . I emailed last week to find out where my February check was and was told they only cut manual checks on the fifth of the month. I was told to email or call on the fifth to have them reissue. This is for January shops. This MSC has been one of my bread and butter companies, but I've lost that warm, fuzzy feeling.
