Thanks for the heads up. September 8 is still a ways away, but it will be interesting to explore your new site.
DO NOT like this company. Their fees are under $9.00, They demand pictures and receipts, business cards and their questionnaires are ridiculously long. They have 0 tolerance for any problems and don't pay even if you send the required documents. I have filed complaints with the FTC and BBB for nonpayment of a shop.
I like this company. I have a nice scheduler, and when I have had problems with their site, or screwed something up myself, they have always worked with me to fix it. They always pay on time, and they pay fairly for the little work involved in the shops I have done. However, I have not and will not do the $130 audit. Two days, and that amount of pay? Nope, not me.

I too like this company. I have found them very responsive to questions and issues. They have always paid me on time. There have been goofs I have made that I was not penalized for. They have some 'cheap shops' that I like anyway because they are quick and straightforward and with reimbursement offer a fairly decent total compensation. There are some shops that I will not do because I do not feel they pay enough for requirements--but that is always my choice. Unfortunately I have seen nothing in my area for a while.
I like GfK, and the two schedulers for my area. Good and prompt communication, when needed. Haven't seen a shop $9 or under. Obviously, that would depend on location and client. Pay is fair, by paypal, typically under 3 weeks from shop date. Over the years, I have had a shop negated/refused which smarted, but have to admit 'my bad'.
Hopefully the new site will be an improvement - such as:

Allowing shoppers to search for shops in other areas than just where they live (I do shops while travelling all the time - other states, even - obviously not w/GFK).

I've had no real problems with GfK - but haven't shopped w/them for awhile. I know of atleast one account they no longer have in my area ...Chevron.
Yes, they lost their gas client much to my sadness. It went to a company I am not fond of so I no longer do them.

I have contacted them to see if shops were available, when traveling. They were happy to assist.
We recently announced that the CyberShop Website Upgrade would be unveiled on September 8, 2009. In order to ensure that all features of the Upgrade work as expected, we have found it necessary to hold off the release. All of our web development and testing teams are working hard to make necessary changes, and will make sure that we are able to officially launch the Upgrade in the Fall of 2009.

We are all very excited about the new site, and look forward to the upcoming launch this Fall 2009.
