Can someone help me with CORI?

I'm trying to sign up for my first shop, but it won't let me select a date. I click on the calendar, calendar pops up, I click on the date I want, and NOTHING.

I have Flash and Java....anything else should I check for? This computer is only a few months old, I would have expected it to have all the "latest", but maybe not.

The day you want may just not be available. The available days will be clickable.

It's not your computer. If it shows all the dates are available but you can't select one, it means that someone else has another shop at the same location within a couple of days. Wait a couple of days and try again. (Guessing you are trying to select a DIY Hardware shop?)

I tried clicking on every single date in green (almost 3 weeks worth), nothing happens when I click.

The green means those are dates that the shop can be done BUT if someone else has a shop assigned at that location or has just done a shop there, there will be a waiting period so you will not see any BLUE dates. You can only assign yourself to dates in blue. If you see no blue dates, the shop is not available yet. The green dates show you that it will be available again sometime during the free period but it is not yet.

Oh, that explains it. I have nothing in blue, darnit. So I have to just keep checking it constantly until a blue date pops up? Or does that just get updated once a day? Or...?

I am so glad you asked this question peasantgirl. I just did a few shops for CORI that were great so I am guess I am going to have to keep on looking at their irritating website.

You can check it daily (it is updated shortly after midnight), or you can call or use Live Support and ask to be assigned to the first available date.

Also, having up to date technology with CORI is not necessarily a good thing. They prefer old, outdated, and nearly useless technology.

Macs don't work with CORI.

I finally found a shop that had some dates in blue, so now at least I know it's not my computer. Seriously, I had to check over 20 shops to find one that I could actually assign to me. Is that normal?

It's not you. Even though it looks like those shops are available they really aren't right at that time.

Gas shops were a big part of my shopping. I felt that I got the wind knocked out of me today. I know that I can't ask what MSC got the stations but can some one tell me where to look for the new provider.

White places? If it is one of the white places I am thinking, well both actually, they jumped ship and left to new MSCs.

I did one a few weeks ago. Dunno if they jumped ship or just haven't posted any yet.

I had the same problem with the DIY hardware shops. I was able to contact through chat and the dates I wanted just weren't showing up yet- strange because the whole month was showing green. I was given a date within the month I wanted with the bonus so, I guess it all worked out! Good luck!

Speaking of not seeing anything. Where are the treat shops? I don't see anything in my area for that client.

treat shops?! I wish we had those in my area for this MSC. Mine is pretty much DIY Hardware and gas shops right now.
