CORI/STERI - Weekend Contact Problems

I had an illumination audit scheduled for last Friday that I couldn't do because of torrential rain and flash flooding. I emailed mysteryshop@stericycle.com on Friday afternoon with the details and with alternate dates that I could do this shop. I also used the Contact Us form on the website. Today I get a message that I've been unassigned and my Shopper Rating has dropped by half a point. The message also says that I can contact my direct scheduler if want to reschedule this shop.

I have a direct scheduler? I can't find anyone's name listed as a direct contact for any illumination shops on the board.

It's so frustrating when you can't reach anyone on a weekend.

Just wait until tomorrow when they are all back in the office. Try live chat or a phone call and tell them what is going on. At the bottom of some of the shop details page there is a scheduler or a link to contact them. Use that, tell them what is going on, ask for your score to be credited back the half point and reschedule. Most of the time, they understand and will do that for you.
