Shop Comment Bare International

Hi,

Recently I had to unfortunately cancel an exit interview assignment due to the snow.

I just realized there is a comment in my shopper log by that assignment that reads as follows:

"Excluded NP: Shopper canceled due to snow."

What does this comment mean? Does it mean I am excluded from future shops or exit interviews?

It sounds as if the scheduler was making a note about why this particular shop will not be paid. Doesn't necessarily mean anything. In fact, it might help because it shows you're not a flake or habitual canceler, you just had circumstances beyond your control.

I had to reschedule and then cancel a shop due to snow, and this company gave me a 1/20 grade and a "flake" report.
I ranted about it here.

Maybe I should check my account with them and see what the note says!
