I received an email from them - the client is no longer using mystery shopping companies except in a handful of locations. Send them an email, and they should get back with you with details.
Saw they had shops in Texas but not in my area. I guess I will do them if I travel to those areas.
I shop for them twice a month at a local FF restaurant. I think they lost their national client .
The national client decided not to be shopped. It's not clear whether they have stopped permanently or are on a break. Only a few locations of that chain are now shopped. The company has picked up a couple of new clients in my location.

I thought they only had 1 regional client that used to be in A frame locations. At least that's all I ever saw from them.

They had an upscale Mexican restaurant in the DFW area for a while.

Yeah I was just curious about the national chain.

I don't recall them ever having a national chain....just the a framed regional that she wrote about.

I don't either, that's why I asked about the national chain they supposedly had.

I must be talking about the regional. It's been everywhere I have lived, but that's all in the SW.
I don't think they really know what they're doing.

They gave me an assignment to a Blue Mexican grill and when I arrived, it had moved! They didn't know that, I had to find it. I told them about it. Several months later, they asked me if I wanted to do another shop there and they STILL gave me the old, uncorrected address! I reminded them that the address was incorrect and I had given them that information some 3 months previous.

They have a lot of typos and web site problems that make their web site unavailable when you need to get your reports in but they NEVER send out an email to let you know the site will be down for repairs so don't try to use it.

All in all, the worst company I've ever worked for in a long time. I only think they have one client but I think they'd lose that one if the burger boys ever learned what a poorly run company it was.
