Mobee gift card validation

I have completed 42 missions with Mobee and redeemed numerous gift cards. I redeemed a $10 gift card on 4/10. Within a few hours (not days), I had a notification that my gift card had been validated. It went from pending to redeemed.

Problem is, I never received an email with the gift card number and pin. I have emailed Mobee with no response. Has anyone else had this problem? I have 2,000 points now and am scared to cash out more rewards.

Email them. I've had this happen too. In particular you can email Erika at Erika@getmobee.com She sorted it out pretty quickly and I got my gift card.

This may be a dumb question, but do you get an actual gift card or is it an online gift card that can only be used online? I've accumulated some points and am waiting for some more.

Also, does anyone know why some locations have pins, but when you click on the pin, no assignment (mission) shows up? Is it because it's been filled or something? I have seen where a mission is locked, but there are a few stores I cuold do, but nothing shows up. If anyone knows the answers, please let me know. TIA

MsJ it's an online gift card. If you are talking about pins you are probably referring to Easy Shift.
It's an online gift card. I did not have any trouble using mine at Lowe's. The cashier was an older lady and she was so sweet about it. I showed her the g.c. info on my iPhone and she said she had to learn how to run those through. I lost the email (probably carelessly deleted it) for the Target gift card and there is no way to retrieve it from the Mobee app. :-(

Moving forward, I will stick with Starbucks or amazon.com card, which I can load onto my online accounts.
Email Erika, she can retrieve the gift card and resend you the email.

Thanks so much for your help! Erika has emailed me several times and we have discovered the problem. She is working to resolve it. The email was indeed not sent, yet the gift card was validated. Resolution on the horizon!

@Cubbiecat, did you hear back? Im still waiting for my gift card resolution. I was told to email her if I had not received it by Tuesday. I had other gift cards pending and now the same thing has happened to them! Ugh! Im slightly frustrated with Mobee right now. I have 3000 points pending and I do not feel comfortable cashing out more gift cards until this is resolved. I really wanted to use them soon!
