It was definitely much easier to get the single fee increase email and the occasional available shops emails. Unfortunately, the current schedulers have made mistake after mistake and are probably reducing their chances of getting jobs filled. The song and dance they gave as an excuse for discontinuing the previous system made no sense at all.
In the last week I have seen the following:
Five or six duplicate emails sent within minutes of each other. (The explanation is I am situated on some magical point where five different regions meet.)
Please contact me to be assigned sent from the "noreply" email address without a scheduler name, extension or email address.
Lists of 50 plus jobs sorted by job ID rather than state. The scheduler must have realized that wasn't working well and is now sending them out sorted by due date. (Yeah, that makes it so much easier.)
Subject lines touting good commissions without telling what those commissions might be. The shop in question also offered to waive age restrictions. Because I am currently outside the age requirement the shops don't show up so checking the website for an address and fee is impossible.
Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.
