Beyond Hello--interpret, please?

Well, Lisa, I just started a job with 14-hour days and commission only pay, so you'll excuse me if I'm a little busy for phone calls.


And: shop was excluded without pay because I didn't ask about clothing/accessories first (a watch isn't an accessory?). Pretty sure there's nothing in the guidelines because I was actually worried that asking about clothes would invalidate the shop, but I don't have the time or energy to argue it.
