Are any of these companies doing a scam?

I recently looked on twitter and it had the BBB warning about scams. Has anyone heard of Service Performance Group,Inc.?

Are you saying the scam warning was specifically regarding SPG? They use Sassie and have few shops here, which are also shopped by another MSP. I've only shopped with them twice and it was recently, so can't speak to pay yet. It's supposed to be 25-35 days following shop, by Paypal.

This is a real company and a great company. However, like many MSP's, some scammer might be out their using their name. Deal with them directly through Sassie.

THe scam that has been posted everywhere is where the mystery shop company tells you that will send you money in advance for your shop. You are to cash a very large check, which will bounce. You would be responsible for the money. Another one is where they send a money order which you have to cash.
