Sinclair is nonresponsive. Next action?

I did a bunch of the "same client" shops for Sinclair when the reimbursement was $11. It was reduced to $8 but the instructions said you would be paid $11 of the employee asked if you wanted the meal. I did several and was asked to buy the combo. Flash forward..I get my check and it's for $8 each. I re-checked the instructions on the shops available and it says the combo reimbursement is $10. I emailed Kayla followed by leaving several voicemails over the past few weeks. No response. Not sure what to do next. Any ideas?

Side note...it really pisses me off when someone is nonresponsive. Just let me know you'll look into it or something. Grr.

@cubbie - I left several voicemail messages with payment department I was transferred to and also with the contact person for the shop.
BellaFenice,

I'm a scheduler for Sinclair. Can you email me your email address? I'd like to help you resolve this issue. lfrisbie @ scmcontact.com

Thanks!
Lauren
The non-response from Sinclair, until BellaFenice posted on this forum, is not good.

Hopeful for a good, albeit it a chased, outcome.
The $8 fee will pay for the required items (burrito and one side) in "Tax Free Delaware". However, it used to also pay for a drink as a combo. As far as I can tell, it will only pay the $8. I decline to accept these in as much as eating a meal wihtout a drink is 1) very suspicious [who but a shopper would do this?] and 2) not satisfactory to me. Drinks are very profitable items for stores. IMHO this is a stealth way of reducing the cost of the shop to the client by making me pay for the drink. Sure, it becomes a subsidized meal, but it also requires photos to be taken and attached. If/when the fee goes up, I will complete one. Until then, they can find another shopper.

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
Go to accounting and ask for Steve, or is it Shawn??? I can't remember but I do know you have to call and they will fix it. At least that was my experience in the other thread I posted a while back.

O.o o.O

Happily shopping New England and beyond!!!!!

What kind of a drink are we talking about? Soda or iced tea as opposed to water? Beverages are indeed very profitable items for stores and restaurants. I know many people are not satisfied without a soda to go with a meal, but many others routinely order only water with a meal. I personally order water with all meals unless required by shop guidelines to order a beverage. If required, I usually order unsweetened iced tea. Very rarely, a shop requires me to order a soda, which I find unsatisfactory, but I comply. I don't find drinking only water with a meal to be suspicious in any way, although it may be unsatisfactory to some diners.
The meal in a shell does not include enough for a pop now..... just the shell object. And a restroom pic. And a salsa bar pic. Less money.
So here is the conclusion...
Lauren prompted looked into this and got an answer to me today. (Thank you!) Unfortunately, the answer is complete BS.

Sinclair's final stance is the the reimbursement changed in April to $8 regardless of a combo being purchased. This is untrue because I looked on the briefing to double check myself right before I started this post on June 11th. They also stated the reimbursement was never $11, which I beg to differ. I have no leg to stand on and the effort is not worth it for $2.

It is a shame that the company/client is willing to lose a good and dependable shopper over $2. It is even more shameful that the client is too damn cheap to cover the meal.
@BellaFenice - I went back to my record in 2012 and 2013. Lauren is correct, the max reimbursement going back to Jan 2012 was $10. It was never $11. If you schedule the shop for Monday, I believe you can get a burrito and drink for $8.00. I am still doing them and those shops never stay on the board for an entire day. The report is easy and I don't mind taking the pictures on my iPhone.

I like Sinclair, and have never had a problem with them, but I am boycotting the salsa bars since they lowered the reimbursement. There's 2 sitting on the board here that I might email the scheduler and see if I can get a $3 bonus to make up for the lower reimbursement.
