HELION- Cancels shop after assigned

My friend/co-worker and I both mystery shop. I recently signed up for a Helion shop at a local electronic store with a very good shop fee and received the confirmation email stating that the shop had been assigned to me to complete on Saturday. My friend later went in and signed up for the shop and scheduled to perform it for Thursday, two days before my scheduled shop. She performed the shop and then they cancelled mine. They didn't even tell me. I got no notification. I noticed it when I went on to the website to print out my paperwork before I performed the shop. It was no longer in my assigned shops. This was to be my frist shop with them.

So is it common practice for Helion to assign a shop to multiple shoppers and then once one performs it to cancel the other shops without notice?

I am annoyed. Very annoyed.
