Sinclair Customer Metrics website

Has anyone had any issues with Sinclair's website? I have been getting a strange pop up that says the website is taking too long to load. I have partial functionality, can see my shops listed but can't access the job board. I contacted them and they said it had to be on my end because they haven't had any similar complaints. It happens on my laptop and my iPad, with IE, Chrome and Safari. They told me to clear cookies and make sure my pop up blockers were turned off. Done and done and still having problems. Anyone else ever have a similar problem and was there anything you did to fix it?

Nope, no such problems here. I generally access with Firefox, though I just tried with IE and it went in smoothly.
Thanks Flash, I will try again with Firefox from a different computer to see what happens.

yes, everything is working fine with the exception of Sinclair's website. I need to go to a starbucks and see what happens.

I've plenty to say about their website... I registered and it provided my ID and password, but I can't login. On 15 July 14, I've contacted their help support. After playing email tag AFTER my initial email already explaining the problem, I was till asked if I went to the Login Help which I did BEFORE contacting them via email with no changed or improved results, it keeps telling me I have input the incorrect information.

It's now 16 July and I haven't received a reply back. I just sent them a message inquiring if there's a solution. Also, I tried calling and their company being in Texas, they're closed... NOW? No BACKUP or whatever... I really don't like this company and I haven't done any projects with them yet.

With their lack of support, this seems more like a joke.
I think my issue may have been with my internet provider or a link to a page in history that was expired. I had the problem right up until the day I left on a five day shopping trip. The first time I logged on from my hotel, the website was fine, no problems. Now that I am home again, the problem is gone.

Sinclair always has been very responsive to phone calls, they have someone who answers the phone and I have never had to wait more than a few hours for a call back. They have been good to work with, don't give up.
