Difference between Coyle Hospitality and Coyle ShopMetrics

What is the difference between these two companies? Are they the same in regards to complexity?

I have done a couple of "subjective evaluations" on Coyle Shopmetrics. They are much easier than the regular evaluations on the main Coyle site.

Its the same company that uses two different websites. In my experience, the Shopmetric website has less detailed evaluations than the main website.

Happily shopping Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts and Connecticut

Coyle uses two different platforms for completing evaluations. In the future, more will be posted to the ShopMetrics site than the 'regular' site - this has to do with the way the results are published to the client. ShopMetrics is less user-friendly but much more client-friendly.

I made the mistake of doing an "easy" evaluation as described by Coyle on their Hospitality site. It was NOT easy. It was HORRIBLE; very detailed and in some instances ridiculous for very little money.

I have done several phone sales evaluation with Coyle Shop Metrics. Yes, they are very detailed and almost redundant but they paid very well for a 5-7 minute phone call. I was wondering if Coyle Hospitality could use my scores from Shop Metrics.
