Same here--very few shops, but they're professional. I did a shop for them, and the location appeared to be out of business. I went to the shop about 9 AM and figured that perhaps they didn't open till 10. I went to run some errands, and the store was still closed. Completely black inside..I emailed the scheduler about it, and she thanked me for checking the location twice (I almost NEVER would do that, but it was not out of my way for this location). They wound up paying me the full fee ($18) for basically nothing!
