If you want to do their shops folr solme reason, keep asking for them. If they won't give them to you because you score is to low, the hell with them, it's their loss. You sound like your a serious shopper, and they should need you more that you need them.

It sounds like you might be describing BestMark more than IntelliShop. smiling smiley

I intend to live forever. So far, so good.
The shops I have done for Intellishop (parking, fast food, computer store), I have had zero issues with. I have only attempted a couple of phone shops, but not for Intellishop.

I agree that having a 1 score factored into your shopper rating sucks. I have a flake citation with another Sassie MSC which counts like a shop with a score of 3, which currently knocks what should be a 10 rating down to a 9.
You guys are amazing! Thank you for all your great advice. I have actually used this incident as a catalyst to propel me forward -- meaning no more cheap telephone calls in my future. This msc never really pays well, not even with bonuses attached. So I will no longer be working with them and don't have to worry about their "terrible editors." smiling smiley
I get a 10 every time I get my oil changed with them, thats why I was pissed about the 6 for the spotter program they could have used an editor on their printed forms.
How was it possible to get a 6 on the spotter program? There was no narrative!!

I took photos of the forms since the way they had them set up they printed half a form on one page and half on another (and they forgot to add a place for the signature) and they didn't like the photos I tried calling the scheduler but never got a reply and never got a reply to emails, just got more emails from editors saying they didn't like the papers overlapping, they didn't like photos and then finally after a ling day at work I said screw it and scanned all the forms as they printed out and uploaded them which they didn't like because they didn't print out one form to a page. (I used their own print formatting and forms.)
They gave me a 6 because they had to email me and they didn't like the forms. I said to hell it and was ready to drop the company over that because they never did reply to any communication. (Phone call was transfered to scheduler voicemail by the operator)
Did you do the spotter program when they were first posted? They are always super buggy and problem-prone then... not to mention no one knows what's going on. Where the cards are, whether they'll reach you in time for your scheduled date, etc. Plus, they're super cheap.

Wait until they are in the last few days of the last week of the contest, when they're bonused to $75, when you don't have to hand out cards (and be home when they're delivered) and when the forms have been fixed.

I deactivated an account earlier this year with another MSC. I was new at shopping and one thing after another with that company made me dread doing another shop for them. The icing on the cake was when they promised me a hefty bonus to drive 200 miles to complete a shop, when I went to input the shop, the bonus was not posted, when I called the company they were clueless, and played hot potato with me. Then, they were pressing me to do another distance shop, without the other shop bonus unresolved, I just said forget it, I want to be deactivated. I say all this to say, I should have been slower to deactivate, and would suggest others maybe to cool off and then, proceed with a wise decision, not a hasty one, like in my case.

Yup. And it took them 6 weeks to get the cards to me and they had no clue where they were. I can't beleive they sent me $250 in cards by ordinary mail. Every other company uses trackable mail.
I did a base pay convenience store shop for them today. It was on my way to a bonused shop with another company, and figured I could use a cup of coffee. The shop did not have photos required ten years ago, yet had the same pay. Long story short, I did the shop, gave a decent length of narrative, and attached the photos. Minutes later, saw it had been edited. A 7. (WTF?) I forgot to re-orient the photo of the receipt, so it was landscape instead of portrait. Allegedly I did not discuss the "no" answers, but there were none! The place was spotlessly clean, with a shiny waxed floor, fresh POP on the pumps, full coffee urns… you get what I mean. Nothing negative to say, so none to describe in the narrative. A freaking seven.
I've done a few of the $5 shops. I simply stick to the script. I have three lines I can say and I need a recommendation and a price. Then I'm finished.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

Intellishop has always been good to me and fair as well. I guess everyone has different experiences. I will continue to take assignments with them as long as things keep going the way they have. smiling smiley

In my experience with Intellishop, I have found the schedulers often support the editor. I "inactivated" my account so I no longer receive email from them.
