Has Anybody Done the JM Ridgeway shop that requires a photo of employees?

A discreet photo of the in store associate who interacts with you is required, and I am a bit wary of this shop requirement. I am wondering if anyone else has done this shop and if it is no big deal? I think it would be easy to be indentfied as a mystery shopper due to this requirement.....
