I've done a few restaurant carry-out shops for ACL that were bonused $15. So yes, it is possible to receive payment higher than the purchase amount.
Some will get bonused closer to the end of the month, but most only reimburse. Sometimes they have non-restaurant shops that pay a fee.
They have a recorded phone call shop that pays a whopping $5.
I'm wondering if they are about to lose a big client to Coyle. It remains to be seen but I see signs of it.

I am not sure which client you are speaking of but I have done promo shops for A C L that I know are at other msc I shop for. Sometimes they get the ones they promo but I also see ones that never show up again so I assume those are staying with the original msc they were with. Perhaps this is the case with the ones you suspect Coyle is getting and they are just doing a promo to try to woo the company.
Well, the "promo" looks like a pretty big project.
I did one of those for Coyle. It was comprehensive and I noticed all the locations in my area were listed.
I've been doing recorded phone calls for them at $8 apiece, but see my recent post on critical editors. I still like the company, though, but I am not sure I have ever had a report not sent back for more information. Sometimes I feel like I am just writing to take up the space, due to all of the details they want.
Why is it a big deal if they lose a big dining client to Coyle? They both have pretty hefty reporting clients but Coyle almost always pays a fee on top of reimbursement.

A Closer Look has a higher end steak/seafood restaurant that includes valet/bar/dinner for $100 budget. What the heck?
If the client sets a low budget, at least offer a fee to your shoppers!
