Befuddled by Intellishop's Rejection

I dont shop for the anymore either. they do this all the time and say cant use report. I question how do we know they didnt use report what proof do we get that they didnt use the report?

I won't shop for them anymore, and how do you escalate a problem? I left 3 voice mails, sent emails to 4 schedulers involved and was never given the time of day....
I'm sure this will be followed by a comment with someone saying they always get scores of 10 from them, (don't believe)
or someone who dismisses all complaints by talking about wine...obviously planted by them.

What does flaking on "good" shops mean? Intellishop doesn't have a reputation for non-payment at all.

Intellishop has never NOT paid me, but they have paid me incorrectly on many occasions (bonus not paid, bonus paid incorrectly, reimbursement not paid). What I have found with them is that they eventually do make it right, but boy, you're gonna work for it, and you have to wait until the next pay cycle which is 1 month. Twice I have waited 2 pay cycles as well with no explanation or apology. They are not on my 10-foot pole list--yet--but they are certainly inching up it.
I have shopped for Intelli for 4 years now. I only shop bonused shops for them. I find if you have any questions about the Guidelines you contact your scheduler before doing the shop. Always make sure that your bonus is in your shop log, again before you shop. I have found in my area the scheduler to be very helpful, always get a return email and help if needed. I have been paid on time and have never had to call them. I have received mostly 10's, you can believe it. I have gotten a few 8's, 9's and 2/7's. As long as I get paid, I don't worry about whether or not I get a 10. I do the best I can, that is all they can ask for. I don't base my work on what a lousy editor thinks.
Please tell me how to escalte with Intellishop? I made phone calls, sent several emails and no one would let me know who else I could speak to. I wanted to speak to the scheduler's manager. I have not shopped for them since, because I had no recourse when there was a problem, which is extremely unprofessional. The same scheduler continues to email me personally to accept assignments.

Other than some silly unfounded editors' remarks about grammar or typos, I've had no problems with IntelliShop. They have never not paid me. Their pay is just generally too low for me to be bothered with most of what they offer in my area. I would like to get some bonused car shops from them again. I miss them!

Really? They've always paid me, and they were one of the first companies I signed up with. I shop for them most months, especially near the end of the month if they have bonuses. I haven't heard of non-payment issues with them from others before, either.

Very interesting to read all the negatives about Intelli-Shop. I do most of my shopping with them and have never in 5 years had a problem. Maybe I'm just lucky with my schedulers, but the only shop they rejected was one where I really did make a mistake. My scheduler let me know what the mistake was and that the client had rejected it. She added that the guidelines had changed since I had last done a shop of that kind and she suggested that I always read the guidelines carefully - I hadn't because I thought I knew what to do. Totally my fault.
