Is there "another" way to contact Maritz"

I need to get in touch with maritz because I'm attempting to reschedule some shops. Our weather has been evil, and today everything is iced over by me. I have a bad back, and arthritis in my knees and hips, and just didn't feel safe trying to navigate ice and snow drifts, and snow plow mountains.

I tried sending a message via their contact us function, on the site, and have heard nothing back.

I've tried calling their 1-800 number and keep getting "instructions" to enter an access code when I call, and suffice it to say, I have no idea.

I tried going to their help pages, and unfortunately, I can't seem to get flash to install on my computer.

Does anyone have any suggestions or a known way to get in touch with someone, there?

Can you call the 800 number and "zero out" for the operator?

I called the 800 number today and I didn't get any instructions for an access code. Sounds like a glitch in their answering system. I suggest calling again and I'm with stilllearning on entering a zero code for the operator. If that doesn't work try again and enter a team number. If you don't know the team number, enter any number from 1 to 5. Any team can transfer you to the correct team.

What MD said. And just in case you wound up with a different phone number, the one to use is 800-782-4299.
It did wind up, that I had transposed numbers in their phone number. I finally did get through and was able to reschedule the shops.

I like shopping Maritz, and the team members are all very nice. In NV, I shop Maritz thru a MSC licensed in NV as a PI (State regulation). Still, as the assigned shopped, I can call the team, and they have always been great. I am waiting to see if 6 gas station shops can be rescheduled from tomorrow deadline to the end of next week. I have had this upper respitory cough for almost 3 weeks, and have been unable to get out of the house. If the answer later today is no on the reschedule, this sick little puppy is gonna have a long, long day! On that note, nighty-nite all. Thank you for allowing me to join your forum. Hugs
I've spoken to them a few times and do find them very nice. It took me awhile to get used to their formatting. It makes me wonder if there is some sort of military background floating around the company.

I have never had a problem having Maritz reschedule a shop for me. They are always so noce on the phone. They called me Friday to do some shops today and told me if I can't do them they can reschedule them for later this week.
