If I'm not mistaken it was just past the crick on the left behind the cottonwood tree.
That's the one! Did you shop them? How did they do?

Flexy's dad.

Oh. No. You. Didn't.
She said that because it was flexy's post about Market Force continuing to email her deceased and deactivated father that offended blooger and made him turn into the thread police. No disrespect to flexy or her dad was meant by LisaSTL.

The disrespect came from blooger telling her to essentially shut up about her father because he was "off topic."

Per the guidelines I had to ask her a question. I asked what was the best rock for rock soup, and she replied that all she listens to is Led Zeppelin, and the Beatles are garbage. I said no, the Beatles and Garbage are completely separate and just shook her head and went back to stocking. I was expecting a little more, to be frank. But hey, when one's life revolves around pet rocks, what can you expect?
dspeakes, I think you should reread your post and LisaSTL's response... :O

Stay on topic please."

And this is relevant to the thread? someone driving through an ice storm? an ice storm hit your area? talk about traffic?

Send it in a PM!

I was going to do a shop today but it started snowing and snowing and kept up most of the day. The roads were bad and the highway was shut down for accidents. I finally got my drive cleared around 6 pm.
I was out in the sun all day today and got sunburned because I forgot to put on sunscreen It was a tough day.
Hey flexy_shop_girl: Did you get your name from the Flexi-doll? tongue sticking out smiley

i had to look that up and you insult me but i didn't know it until i looked. why do you have to be so mean? as in average? my dad named me flexy with a why and i'm insulted by you calling me a flexi-doll.
Apparently someone or other has the opinion that Flexy isn't who she says she is. Her commentary seemed innocent enough to me. I rarely follow these "fights" on the forum. Believing your story about your father is true, Flexy, I apologize for all the rude posters here. I do believe the dead don't communicate with us, but we all grieve in our own ways. I hope you are doing ok today.
The dead DO communicate and often they make more sense than the living.

I agree with Cettie. I believe the dead sometimes communicate, perhaps not in the way you might expect.

Yes, silence is the sleep that nourishes wisdom.
Flexy, the dead are never dead to us, until we have forgotten them.
The dead communicate through silence; silence is a link between the thoughts of man and woman.
Our spirits and minds have to be open to other philosophies, we are spirits having an earthly existence in order to experience, not mere mortals who happen to have a spirit within.

God tells us what to believe.

By the way, the best communication "from" the dead is finding out they had another bank account and you are the second person named on it.
