AQ Services- anyone heard of 'em?

I just did my first job for them, todayI had to go back because I forgot to take a picture. If it takes 3 months to get paid I will no longer do jobs for them. I am not a loan company. It is interesting that some of these companies think they can take that long to pay people for work they have done. I know of no others that do that.
BTW, I did write them an email that went unanswered, when I had trouble with the test. I was just going to cancel the shop when a lady called me from the Netherlands. Her English was perfect, the connection was good, and she sounded friendly and professional. She emailed me the info I wanted, and I went back and passed the test and did the job. We'll see.

Ivana, thank you for posting. However, when shoppers complain about late payments, it isn't because it took 3 months to get paid. It's because the MSC's posted payment schedule is, for example, 3 months from date of visit, then it takes 4 months and dozens of emails, etc. to get paid. I can't speak for other shoppers who have worked with AQ, but unfortunately that was my one and only experience with your company.
i heard they are setting up a u.s. headquarters in Florida so maybe that will
help improve things down the road.

I've been at AQ for about 8 months and done maybe a 100 shops for them. They are nice to work with, easy scenarios. Had some trouble with late payments, but then I just emailed my guy and they fixed it. The people there are nice as well. Would recommend!
How late Petterhol? as in how late after you did the shop...

I think they paid June assignments in September. When I complained, my scheduler apoligized and said that it was an error.
I have performed quite some shops for Aq in the past, payment then was Always slow but this time it´s really bad. I had perfomed shops in the first week of April, dealerships and DIY stores, and have been emailing since a week of so when I will be paid. No response whatsoever. If I have to be honest I am very much in doubt if I will get my money. As Mysteryshopping is my main source of income, I am pretty pissed about the way they have been dealing with their payments and me as a shopper. I would be very careful working for them right now, not reliable for as far as I can Judge.
they do pay slower than most but they have always paid me,
and they reimburse me for the transaction fee that is charged
since it comes from an overseas ppal account.
