I was formerly employed in the banking. Yowill be surprised at the laziness and not double checking the work that goes on. And sometimes the computer doesn't input correctly.

SO Sinclair did you make good on that check? hmm.... What baffles me is a they portray themselves as a LARGE shopping company and yet they bounce what a $10-$20 check? Yes multiple that times many shoppers but even still.
They do not have that extra $20 or so in the checking account? And IF they pay out the shopper bank fees.... they now have a bigger debt. Poor management.....IMO.

This post is completely out of touch with reality. This is what other posters are referring to when they asked for posts or comments to be retracted.
Canadamommy's mistake was assuming the bounce was caused by lack of funds, not technicality or errors. Some people are quick to believe the worst, instead of looking for mitigating circumstances that could have existed, such as loading old check stock from a closed account into a check printer by accident.

It was right for OP to inquire if anyone else had a problem.

It will be more right if they ever come back to edit that subject line.

Time to build a bigger bridge.

I looked back at a thread I started and couldn't figure out how to change the subject line.
The subject line has been fixed.

Not being nasty at all. Asking a question. That would then infer you have THOUSANDS of shoppers in one month?
I was not aware that Sinclair had moved to the top of the quantity of shoppers list.

Why be nasty? And it looks like you quoted the wrong post with your question.

You sure do get into a lot of arguments, don't you?
