They don't turn the phones over until, I think, 9am Eastern. Depending on the team, some of them don't roll in until close to 10. Grab a cup of coffee and wait it out.
If you call and have to leave a message, be sure to tell her it's an emergency and they'll get back to you very quickly as soon as someone comes in.
