Urgent! Need help with Maritz issue

(I apologize if this has been discussed before. I searched and couldn't find anything.)

I just got assigned a Maritz shop for tomorrow, but when I click on the link to view the assignment I get this message:

"There was an error loading the eval."

I tried it in IE and Chrome. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks! I called them around 7:40 PM (EST) and was amazed that I was able to speak with a live person. She suggested that I try again later tonight or in the morning.
There one of the very very few MSCs who actually answer the phone.
Seems like a system error. If it's on their end and it's still not accessible by morning, they're probsbly not going to hold it against you.

For some stupid reason, they don't allow shoppers to access, view and/or print out the necessary paperwork until the day before the first start date of that month's shops. I have several shops that start on April 3 but I am getting the same message. This happens every month. It usually means that they are still tweaking the guidelines and/or report up until the very last minute.

UPDATE: My April 3rd shop materials are now available for download.

Then you need to find new companies. Most WILL answer the phone.

@Hoju, it looks like CANADAMOMMY found you in THIS thread instead of the other one. But the night is still young. Here's some popcorn...
Well, here it is, the next day...and I still can't pull up the evaluation. I'm even on a different computer. The shop is due today. I am only available until 3:00 PM. If it doesn't get resolved by then I'll have to cancel.

Most companies will answer the phone at 7:40 PM EST? Really? I have yet to find one besides Maritz, so far. Please let me know which ones do so that I may sign up with them. smiling smiley

They don't turn the phones over until, I think, 9am Eastern. Depending on the team, some of them don't roll in until close to 10. Grab a cup of coffee and wait it out. smiling smiley If you call and have to leave a message, be sure to tell her it's an emergency and they'll get back to you very quickly as soon as someone comes in.

Ok. It's now 1:00 PM now, which is noon on their time. I've sent two e-mails with no response. I can't call them because I'm at my office job. I only have 2 hours available to complete this. Looks like I'm going to have to cancel. Now I'm reminded of why I rarely work for Maritz sad smiley
They RARELY respond to emails. You have to call them. I am at work but we get a 15-minute break in the morning and another one in the afternoon with an hour lunch break in between. I'm sure you can step away from your desk for a moment to make a phone call that will probably take less than 5 minutes.
Normally I could take a break, but there's only two of us here (one of the employees is on vacation). I have absolutely no privacy and no one knows I'm a mystery shopper. So, I had to cancel. Their loss. This location was one that they had trouble filling.

So you are not allowed to eat lunch or take a bathroom break? You can make the phone call away from your desk. Go to the parking lot and sit inside your car for a couple of minutes. As far as I know, most states if not all require employers to give their employees some sort of break within an 8-hour day. But I guess it does not make now since you already cancelled.
