Anyone know about Consumer Service Analysis?

Just signed up with Consumer Service Analysis and found they have a few shops in my area pretty close together.

Has anyone had experience with these guys? Never heard of them before seeing their stuff on Jobslinger.

Any info is appreciated....thanks!

Silver certified (since 2009) and willing to do shops all around the greater Chicago, NW Indiana, and Southern Wisconsin areas (including airports!.

They have only had one client near me which I shop once or twice a year. I've found them to be great to work with and payments are on time. Something interesting I noticed when looking at my log. Several shops had very specific editor notes which were helpful and still scored 10s, including one that had to be returned to me because of some confusion over which section to use for the interaction. The evaluation form was designed for multiple employees while the actual location rarely has more than one.

CSA is great to work for. Noelle is particularly helpful. Sometime I'll tell the story of why I won't be shopping for them for a while.

You'll find the Chicago shops easy to do and profitable.
