Trendsource Scope D Shops - Yay or Nay?

I've been seeing Trendsource post these Scope D shops in my area - usually on-site inspections in my area get picked up within minutes of being posted but these Scope D inspections can sit there for days. The estimated length is between 45 minutes and 2 hours. You have to sketch the building and measure all exterior walls. I don't want to request something and it turn out I can't do a quality job. Anyone have experience with these and can say just what is involved?

I do all of TS' audits, except this one. It sounds clearly above my abilities.

I can't wait for someone to post that it's easy peasy. smiling smiley

I think that I just saw one and they want you to be able to write a blueprint. Not my field of expertise.

I saw this and decided NO tongue sticking out smiley

This is not your regular business inspection. And the paperwork is quite a bit....
There seems to be two types in my neck of the woods. One wants a 'sketch' of the property, the other a more detailed drawing. The former pays more than a regular BV but about half of the more detailed drawing. If I remember correctly there was mention of actual measurements.
I also say nay, I don't have the drawing skills and I'd bet it takes longer than they say. They get done in my area, although they are on the board for more than a half second like the regular BV.
They are actual measurements and not that difficult if you have a measuring wheel. Do a google search of the property before going to the property to get an idea of the shape. They do take a little longer and are not fun when there is snow on the ground.
