Some browsers do not allow you to copy and paste from the print preview screen. That was my problem when I was using Firefox -- I had to write down the numbers. Now I use Chrome, which allows me to copy and paste directly from the print preview. That alone made switching browsers worthwhile, despite Chrome's shortfalls.

I have also noticed that there are hardly any shops listed.
I haven't done anything for them in several months. I notice that one of their clients is now using a different company.
... lets remember that we are self employed and do not work for the companies. If you have a great experience, or a bad experience this is the best place to place all the cards on the table.

Don
I can't address the question of how many shops are listed elsewhere, but I know why there are very few on my job board right now. Brand 1 is being shopped at the very end of its cycle so most of them are booked. Brand 2 is being shopped at the very end of its cycle so most of them are booked. Brand 3 was bundled so there are 0 available. Brand 4 has an auto assign program and good luck getting any of them at any time. Brand 5 is partially auto assigned on a somewhat restricted basis and the client seems to be screwing down the program, so very few of them. This is the way it will be until some more are released. There will be big releases and they will be shopped down to not much. Sometimes they sort of all get shopped down real low at the same time. We're there. Or at least we're there right here where I am.

very peculiar company I have completed over 200 petro shops for them they would not stop calling me last summer. evening shops travel 100 or so miles for them, winter came and it was brutal here in the NE I could not make a few shops it was to dangerous to travel and I get put on the bad shopper list I was told that by a scheduler I called and had to beg for a few shops and travel 65 miles for 15.00 who needs it. essentially they give you no feedback as to your rating they run it like the NYS assembly three men in a room. I had to call cannot speak with a supervisor. I am gold certified and treated like chopped liver.
Carl, sorry you had that problem. Perhaps if you call back now and speak with someone you can get going again now in summer weather. I was once thrown out of the bank program over a misunderstanding but I was later able to get back in and shopped that program extensively until the changes this year which pretty much shut me out geographically. I haven't heard previously of a bad shopper list; I thought you were either in or out. Best of luck on working this out. I wouldn't give up. They have so much work it would be hard for me to let them go if I could do anything to salvage the relationship.

either in or out semantics, there are so many good companies that pay up 200 per assignments here in NY, you would have to work for Maritz for two days to make that kind of fee, not to mention the antiquated system they utilize submit receipts ect. resize photo's there fees are not great if they could afford to pay 25.00 spiff for a shop what are they making off of us! Think about it.
I have thought about it and that company absolutely works for me. Your situation in New York is different, I don't have a bunch of companies here in DFW that pay $200 per assignment. In fact I can't name one that's willing to pay me that kind of money for the work I do. I don't do fine dining, cruises, hotels, time shares or any of that high dollar type shopping. I'm a beans and cornbread kind of shopper and I'm looking for money I can slip in the night slot at the bank. I also sleep in my own bed every night and feed my animals every morning. We're just not the same kind of shopper. Maritz is a great company for me. Sounds like they're not what you want and I believe you have taken the right action in moving on. We all take from this what we need.

I lived in the Metroplex for a year a great area!
My experience with Maritz has been great. I have talked with several of the schedulers and have completed a lot of shops over the past few months. They are always friendly on the phone and helpful whenever there is a problem or a question.
I love Maritz Hate the invoice and computer system, but I do well with them and enjoy talking to some of the schedulers very much.
