beyond hello just "beyond bonkers" right now???

My husband and I both shop for them. He does the blue bank mostly and tosses in some wings and random shops. He did two auto negotiation shops ending in disaster (ie he did everything right the shops cancelled when he submitted info).
He has a perfect 10 score. All 30 something jobs having a score of 10. The wings place has 3 locations near us posted right now, none of which he has done within the rotation period. Self assign qualifications state score of 8 and over 18..... Yep, meet both those requirements. Try to assign the shop, NOPE! Said he isn't qualified. Sent the scheduler a message and the response was the shop could not be preformed until 5/16, although the dates on the listing said don't shop before 5/7 and due 5/15.

He applied for a route of blue bank shops, applications were deleted and ALL shops still on job board. Wash and repeat 4 times. He emailed the scheduler. Was given the response "your not approved to shop for this client unless you have the qualification on your profile" checked, YEP! When he applies for the shops it doesn't give the error message of not being approved.

Anyone have any similar experiences lately with this company?

I don't know the answer of course but what I think the scheduler was saying is that your husband could apply for the next round of shops. Where the thirty per month limitation enters (after the 15th?) could be the way it exits. It might not be counted as calendar months. I feel bad for the disappointing canceled shops.
They haven't been organized since the merger. Wish the RSG Mystery Researchers were still handling things. They were nice, helpful, kept the board and presto current, plus paid fast!

So many of us have lost the blue banks most likely due to their website errors. Just now I waited 5 minutes for each page access to refresh on BH shopper board. I'm beginning to lose faith in them, hope they bring the blue banks back or I may need to move on!
When the wings shops first came out with them I too tried for one and it said I couldn't self assign. There should have been no reason I could not self assign. I emailed but she couldn't figure out either and assigned it for me. Not sure what is up with that.

Okay, it's not just me then. I was wondering if my computer was just glitching out. I too tried to self assign a wing shop today with a perfect 10 rating and all the dates are greyed out with no explanation. I tried e-mailing a little while ago, but no response quite yet.
The blue banks (the actual client) picks and chooses which shoppers they want working for them. It is not the MSC's decision. Does your husband do the blue banks for the other MSC?
When I see a greyed out calendar I check the month and it sometimes happens that it was set on a month other than the present. Otherwise I interpret those as booked shop dates.

Nope he is not even registered with the other company. He has completed numerous blue banks with beyond hello as recent as two weeks ago.
It really chaps my hide to no longer 'qualify' for blue bank shops through BH! I wouldn't care so much if it wasn't the predominant shop in my area right now, but it is! Oh well, I can shop blue bank through another company just fine :-)
Never had trouble with beyond hello or rsg in the pat. Since the merger it has become a nightmare dealing with them. No responses. Unable to get on the phone then most recently an agreed to bonus on a shop given test to pass for shop passed test and still not assigned shop. Many emails to scheduler ignored and voicemail ignored.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
The Blue Banks are the banks that are not red and yellow, nor green and black, nor local named bank and no initialsgrinning smiley

If you were in Wilmington, Delaware at the Greyhound bus station, the head quarters for the blue banks is right across the street. The blue banks are named after a man. Although there is no blue banks within 75 miles of my residential area, I have seen those banks and shops show up where I vacation.

I have yet to do any of their shop by the other MSC but I will.smiling smiley

That's my experience too. The original owners of Beyond Hello were really nice guys. I had drinks with them once.
I can't get a flipping email response at this point. Forget it.
The blue banks have the same name as the first name of the third-base player for the NY Yankees. His last name is Headley.
I love when the "don't link the MSC with the client" rule is so hilariously circumvented.
anyone notice that beyond hello is requiring your social media handle now
before you can do more shops? Havent done shops for them in a long time
but noticed it when I was browsing that they required me to update my
extended profile. Of course i put "no" in the field for the twitter handle.

I don't have a twitter handle anyway, but if I did I might just give it to them to see what they would do with it.

If they want one, I may give them my kid's account. She tweets the awesome stuff I say all the time.

Classic: "I hope you are driving where I'm driving, so when we get there, I can kick your ass." (said very sweetly by mama who was cut off on the freeway). Passive road rage.

If they want to read that, they can follow her.
It sounds like they may be checking Social media to make sure shoppers are not talking about clients, or perhaps the MSC itself.
Its another MSC that just merged with someone else. They have blue banks for 2/3rds of bynd hll.
Glad I'm not the only one who can't get an answer. After emailing the scheduler (from a scheduling company) for a week with no response, I tried calling the company directly, no luck there either. Then I searched my old email and called an old contact. I got thru right away, stated my frustration, and was assigned on the spot. I received a nice follow up email apologizing for the trouble.
I was bumped off the blue bank shops back in March. Still off. Emailed scheduler who said a bunch of shoppers were. Not back on. I have not had problems with the other shops. Just completed one complicated one for them.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

Hi Lucky Girl,

I've had exactly the same issues as you.

1) wings - Last week I completed two, got 10's. Earlier this week, all dates greyed out, could not self assign. Today I checked and was able to self assign another wing shop. Feels like it's a rotation thing, especially since I didn't fit the demographics from the previous MSC. Beyond Hello may have some type of background demographic limit.
2) blue banks - Last year I completed enough blue bank shops to generate a 1099 with the previous MSC. When the merger took place, I lost the qualification. I contacted the old MSC and my scheduler got me back on. For a few months this year I was able to complete blue banks, then lost qualification, again. Contacted my old scheduler and was told it's not Beyond Hello, it's the blue bank that's eliminating shoppers. Maybe.
Was told the same although I still shop Blue banks for another MSC.

I had the same problem with the blue banks. I was told by the other MSC that I was disqualified per the bank. Then I tried to do one at RSG and was told I was disqualified by the bank. So I heard the same store from both MSCs.

Both MSC's told me they aren't told the reason why.

The first MSC said that once you are gone, you are gone forever.
RSG told me that they see shoppers get reactivated all the time.

So that was a difference but otherwise I was hearing the same thing from both MSCs.

Re the wings shops. I rarely qualified with the previous MSC. I've done all but one in our area. I had no problem signing up. The other one is on our board, but I haven't tried. However, I thought with the new MSC there is a 180 day rotation per location. I could be wrong about that, but that is what I thought I saw.
Does anyone have a RELIABLE scheduler's number for them? I've sent multiple emails and made about 20 calls to them over the last couple of days but never get a response, nor can I get my voicemail messages returned. I'm a little frustrated...
