Someone is Smoking Weed @ Maritz - Again!!!

If anyone else received this email - Please respond to this topic. Got an email from Team 3 offering a "GINORMOUS" bonus on shops.
1. I checked their site. 120 mile radius = Nada!
2. I called Team 3. No one knows about this.

I then accused someone of smoking weed. I was politely informed, "Not During Normal Duty Hours!"

Just thought I would share this...winking smiley

OK I'm giggling at the idea of those sweet older ladies at Maritz passing a joint. But I did get that email. I checked my board and there was one shop, a gas station, 141 miles away from me, although my radius is set to 50 miles. It had a "ginormous" bonus attached of 34.50.
Thank you for posting. Remember, there are a few young folks up there, also...winking smiley

(34,50 = GINORMOUS?, Sheese!)

I saw one of those, it had $3 tacked onto the fee as a bonus.

I don't think it was very professional to accuse them of smoking pot. On the other hand, aren't all those hippies now senior citizens?
It was a nice way of asking if someone is off their rocker. One of our Senior Sayings...grinning smiley

Well, time being what it is, it is safe to say that all the 1960's hippies are now senior citizens. BUT - not all senior citizens were hippies back in the day.

You mean not everyone from the 1960's was a stoner? Next you will be telling me that not everyone from the 1980's was a coke head!
But Maritz is way behind in the times so they have not caught up to the meth craze yet.

Yes, all of us hippies are now senior citizens. Wait! What? When the heck did that happen? MAN!!

Well if they are way behind the times than smoking weed is in for them. Are they 50 years behind?
Well, for me the Ginormous bonus was an added $52.50. The catch was the two shops were on an island that requires a ferry ride of at least on or two hours. None of the other shops were bonused at all despite this being the 30th of the month.

Happily shopping Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts and Connecticut

They're not quite that far behind. They're still popping Oxycontin at parties.
I didn't realize any drug was popular in the 50's. Been awhile since I worked for them. They must have fast forwarded a few decades.

Also I got this email and checked. Not because I could do any since I'm 2000 miles from home but because I was curious what they considered "ginormous."

They had a shop with a $3 bonus......

In my day, we used to accuse people of being crack babies. Maybe that was my neighborhood.
