They don't have much where I live, so I rarely work for them. They pay on schedule.

They are average. They do pay but don't lower themselves to communicate.

They pay as promised, not high pay. Emails to them are often ignored. The owner can be rude.
But they are no worse than the norm. They use you, you use them.

I have done a few assignments for SC this month. My emails are always answered, usually on the same day. One time I had a question about the location of a shop that had to be done that day. I emailed my schedular my cell phone number, and he called within 10-15 minutes.
