GAPbuster Pizza Certification

Has anyone read all the documentation and taken the certification test for Pizza (or other companies) on the GAPbuster site? I have started reading everything, but there is a lot to remember. How long is the test? Do I need to memorize everything in the documentation? Can you refer back to it? Are the questions worded fairly? I'm willing to try, but I don't want to waste my time if the test is unfair.

A couple of other companies word their test questions in such a way that it's difficult to determine what they want. I don't mind a challenge as long as the company is trying to help me do a good job for them rather than trick me into missing questions.

Thanks in advance for any advice/help/suggestions.

Ummm, ICA violation?

yes, the original post also provided the clients name.

What's a TOS and how was it violated?

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

Terms of Service. Fairly certain he meant ICA as originally there was another word in the title after Pizza which was also capitalized making the name of the client.

Okay then. The mod must have deleted the word since the OP didn't edit. Terms of service crossed my mind. Just never heard it used with MS.

I'm so sorry! That was my first original post. I will be more careful in the future!!! I still hope someone can answer my questions about the tests for GAPbuster.
I don't know about Gapbuster specifically, but I usually keep a window open with the instructions while taking a test.

Thanks, Prince! I usually do that too, if it's possible. Glad to know it works for GAPbuster. I've been too busy to invest the time for the training--it's a lot to read and digest. Hope to get to it by the weekend.

I had time this week to read the information and take the test for a pizza restaurant at the GAPbuster site. The documentation was detailed, but logical. The test may be taken 3 times, and you are required to score 100%. I was able to have the training information open in another tab while taking the test. Also, after you finish the test, it shows you your correct and incorrect answers. Therefore, the next time you take it, you have a good chance of scoring 100%. I just wanted to follow-up so if anyone was curious, you now know.
