How do I match up Payments with Jobs from MaritzCX

I am new to all this and I have started doing some work for MaritzCX. I got a check the other day and it has a job number on it, but when I look at my completed shops on their website, it only shows jobs from the last 14 days. How do I see a list of all my completed jobs and their payment status?

You can not see past 14 days. I save a PDF version of the invoice that I submit. When The check comes in I match it to the job numbers on my invoice.
I learnt that lesson the hard way too! Now I include the job number on my excel spreadsheet that I use to track my mileage and jobs completed. I'm still not good about recording the reimbursement amounts. I tend to assume that they are correct which I'm sure is a bit naive.
Thanks so much for the advice. I just made me a spreadsheet of the ones that are still on my 14 day list before they go away. I am surprised that there is no way to track past payments with a company as large as they are.

Most people keep a spreadsheet of all the shops for all companies. This helps in matching up the payments like you found as well as at tax time.

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.
I print out my invoices when I submit them. I print the page before I click "submit receipts" and the final page after. The first page has the invoiced prices, the last page has the final invoice.

I believe you said that you are new to all this but one thing you need to understand is that you are running a small business. Yes, YOU are now a small business owner. And with that comes responsibilities like keeping meticulous bookkeeping records of "everything in and everything out." I have been using an Excel spreadsheet for years and it was one of the best decisions I made when I first started in this business. Another best decision was creating a separate business checking account for all of my MSs, audits and merchandising.

Organize yourself now or you will regret it come tax season.
I use a spreadsheet too but keep making changes to it. If you have one you have perfected let me know, I may want to use yours.
Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could share our spreadsheets on this forum? Is there a way to upload documents that we could use to help each other?
I create a cheatsheet for each type of shop that I do. On it, are all the pertinent areas of the particular type of shop. Along with all the necessary areas and required photos (as blank spots for checking off). For the Martitz shops, I have a space for the due date, the visit number, the security code and lastly, a space for inputting the invoice date. When the invoice is done, I save the receipts in a separate file for the date and year. I could go on,but it is more or less simple bookkeeping and dedication to a system.
