I'm wondering if they have a new editor because I have never, ever had this level of "follow-up" questions before. 10,000+ words was apparently not enough detail, and I am being inundated with questions that were not in the instructions. I hate to say "never again," but I'm certainly leaning that way.
Shopmetrics and seemingly endless follow-up questions are going to severely hurt their business.
