I'm wondering if they have a new editor because I have never, ever had this level of "follow-up" questions before. 10,000+ words was apparently not enough detail, and I am being inundated with questions that were not in the instructions. I hate to say "never again," but I'm certainly leaning that way.

Shopmetrics and seemingly endless follow-up questions are going to severely hurt their business.

I believe they have hired at least one new editor, as I spoke to one on the phone recently who hinted they were recent.

Also had an interesting experience with a follow up email containing a fair number of questions, where I had definitely answered roughly half of them in the narrative.
