How long does it take Sinclair Customer Metrics to approve a shop?

I did a grocery store for them on 7-4-15. It still shows "Pending." How long does it take for them to approve a shop?

It can take up to two weeks for them to get out of the pending status. I don't know why it takes so long? Perhaps they have fewer editors to check the shops and receipts?
