Thought my completed shops disappeared, apparently my log was set to current shops instead of any. Shout out to Ellen Barkhouse at Ath Power.

I emailed Ath with my concern that all of my completed shops had disappeared in my shop log. They use the Sassie platform. Turns out it is an easy fix. She emailed me almost immediately with instructions:

In the Status/Job ID column of your shop log, click on the arrow to change it to show Any instead of Active shops.

Then to sort your shops from newest to oldest, click on the down arrow under the Shop/Due date.

RESO, this might help someone in the future with the same type of problem. How do you change the setting to view "current shops" vs. "any shops". Was this something you were able to fix yourself?
At the top of the list/shop log, on the lefthand side, there's an option to change the list to either finished, active, or any. You can also change the dates here, too.

RESO, thanks for correcting your thread title. I wish the person who started the "Service Check...late, late, late" thread would edit their thread title since it has been unanimously decided that the MSC was well within their payment schedule and not late at all.
