Contact for Sinclair

I just called both phone numbers I have for Sinclair and the message is from July 3rd. I want to find out why my report is still in pending status almost a month later. I don't want to do more assignments for them if there is an issue. Is there a Sinclair employee on here or another number?

I just called 800-600-3871 and someone picked up. The office is in Texas so they probably opened at 8 am.
