Intelli-Shop is becoming frustrating

I recently applied for a "self-assign" mystery shop through Intelli-shop. My request keeps going to "pending". I thought that if the shop was a self-assign shop, it would automatically be assigned to me. I have emailed the scheduler and he hasn't replied. When I call the company phone number, no one ever answers the call and their mail box is full. Has anyone else experienced this?

Lorrie, I have not had that experience. It sounds like a glitch on their end. If I tried to make contact and they ignored me, I'd delete the application and move on to something else. They'll get it worked out eventually. Sorry you're not able to self assign as indicated and it would be good if they got back to you but these things happen. Hope you have a really great day.

That is EXACTLY my experience every time I have attempted to contact Intellishop for at least the past year.

At the moment only demons come to mind
I've never had to call the helpdesk and the self-assign works for me. Are you a new shopper to Intelli-Shop? Maybe they have to assign it for you if you're new - until you prove yourself?

I finally got in touch with someone and it seemed to be a glitch. I have a "9" average and I definitely have the ability to self-assign. The problem was corrected, at least for this shop.

No, I didn't lose my self-assign capability; it was a glitch in the system. I hope this doesn't happen each time I apply for a shop.
