Frustrated with Intelli-Shop

I did the pizza shop last month, with a great bonus (hard to get from these people!). One photo, score of 10, no problems at all. Did it again this month, same bonus -- required 3 photos instead of one! Fortunately, I had taken 7 or 10 photos. But when I submitted them, got that "too small" red flag. I must have eventually done it right (click save, THEN go back and reload a different photo), got a 10 "your report was able to be sent directly to the client" notation. This 3 photos must be a new requirement. I probably wouldn't have accepted it if I'd noticed that requirement.

There is more than one MSC which does the same pizza shop, and they sometimes have the same locations in the same month, which is odd. And they have different requirements for photos. And the requirements for a given MSC often differ between a cheese-only and a 1- or 2-topping pizza when it comes to photos.

I'm (contraction alert) the first one to be critical of all MSCs when they offer insulting low fees; their schedulers for confusing and contradictory guidelines, etc. and their editors for downgrading reports for antiquated grammatical faux-pas (contractions, etc) but occasionally they do offer kudos such as this which just popped up...

"Comments: Your report has been finalized. Thank you for submitting it with all the required information. It was well written with good supporting comments. Keep up the great work!

Thanks for using IntelliShop's INSITE system!"
I have complained to them about issues on uploading photos to there system every time I do their shop. It is on their end not ours.

I also got kudos comments on all my 2015 reports.

"NAME, Thank you for your report! A score of 10/10 has been given because you followed all of the shop's guidelines and submitted a complete report that was immediately able to be sent to the client. Thanks again, and keep up the great work!"
I did a lot of work for this company when I first started but the way they do the ratings is definitely a turn off. This is the only company I work for that gives a number rating, and the way the reports are graded are inconsistent because so many different people do them. If I were to get marked down for extra contact that was not my fault, but theirs, I would definitely contact the company. Same for the picture issue. They have a real office in Ohio where the schedulers work and they have supervisors like everyone else. For subjective ratings, you may be sol. I still work for this company but only for higher paying, easy shops. They do pay on time and even though I don't love the extensive narratives, I am used to it. And they pay by the 20th usually, which is better than the last day of the month like some do. Anytime I send any company photos I let them know that the pictures were double checked on my computer and are clear and that if they have any issues they can contact me. Don't be played.

How many companies are you registered with? If Intellishop is the only MSC that give you a rating, you need to sign up with A LOT more companies. A vast majority of my companies give ratings and comments.

hmmm..."This is the only company I work for that gives a number rating". Seriously ???? That probably means that you are registered with a tiny, tiny number of companies then as most MSCs do provide ratings.

Does anyone have a supervisor name for this MSC? I did a shop last month, and was given an incorrect address. I tried to contact the scheduler a dozen times or more, and never got a reply. I sent what I had (photos of what was there when I got to the address given--trees and a house in the woods; a screenshot of the company's website showing the CORRECT address, and a detailed explanation of what happened), and yet another email to the scheduler. No response. Today I checked the shop log and there was a comment that the shop could not be finalized because Google showed the company at the address they had given me (a blatant lie). I went 25 miles out of my way for this shop. I'm at a loss as to what to do next.
