Verites question

I tried to sign up with this company, and after I filled out their form I received an error telling me that I need to fill in the fields that are filled in. There is obviously something wrong with it. I emailed the address that they list where they want you to send a signed copy of the ICA agreement to and received no reply. I do not see a phone number listed for them. Any advice? Do they still exist?

Yes, they still exist and try reaching them via telephone.
After you sign up, do not sign up for any of their scheduler's free product offers, doing so will result in 200 junk spams per day. They are a good outfit and pay better than Certified with more work also...
