Stericycle Mystery Shop

When do they usually pay? Their site says the Friday following the first Monday after the shop was accepted. That date has already passed. Their site says that I got 5/5 on my reports, and that they were accepted. When I go to 'payment history', it says I have never received a payment and there are no pending payments. I have already emailed them once for another reason,with no response. Does anybody have experience with them and have any tips or hints to when I'll get paid, or if I should try contacting them again?

I couldn't find this in the "MSC Payment Dates" thread, until I realized it used to be called a different name. I can't figure out how to delete this post.
