How to get certified with TrendSource?

I'm new at mystery shopping, with over two dozen shops done. I frequently see jobs on TrendSource that I would like to do, but they require an "easy certification". I'm confused about how to get these jobs. I've registered with MSI, which seems to be their scheduling site, My profile shows up, and I can log in. Somewhere I saw that I'm a "potential field agent". I've seen that a certification is necessary for the job I want (like a digital photo audit" and that's where I get stopped. I've spent a lot of time searching the site and Google for how to get to this "certification test" and cannot find it. A lot of people here talk about doing these shops. Please help me to get active with this company. Thanks.

When you make such sweeping statements about companies bear in mind what you see in your area may not be what is available nationwide. For instance, NorthFork has some low paying shops totally not worth the time. They also have had some excellent shops which were incredibly high paying based on the minimal amount of work involved. They also have been known to offer excellent bonuses and are generally easy to work with for both the new and veteran shopper.

Edited to clarify this was in response to a post which denigrated and provided misinformation about North Fork. The post has since been removed.

After you login, look at the menu board across the top of the page. When your cursor is on Resources you'll see a drop-down menu. Under that you'll see Agent Requirements. When you click on that it'll take you to a page that shows you what you need to do to get certified for everything. From there it should be obvious because there are links to the stuff you need.

I applied for shops with Trendsource, and then they sent a link to do my paper work, and the certification. I think, you have to request your first shop. They have shops in my area, but they do not pay enough to cover my travel expense. I was trying to add the shops to a route I have been traveling. They gave me back-up for the shops that were open when I applied. I even sent note when I requested the shops, that I was trying to set up a route for the day, that the shops were to be performed. I asked them to remove me as backup. Other MSCs that I have seen a chance of a backup, you were able to request it. You were not automatically given backup, because somebody else was given the shop. I am new, but those have been my observations so far.
I applied for my first shop (after I had registered) by responding to an email with a job I wanted to try.. I was sent a link that included the next steps to take....background check, quizzes etc. Very nice company!!!

Shopping Central Jersey Shoreline. WHAT? I'm an adult?! When did this happen?! How do I make it stop?!
I have just got certified to do property inspections with photos for Trendsource. I had to watch a video, take a test, and pass a background check. I had to send them messages to get the shop approved, but after that I have been getting emails for other shops of this kind.
I too am attempting to get certified. BUT, there is no longer a link under the Resources tab. Any further suggestions on how I can get certified?
ValG, If you click on Agent Requirements which is under the Resources tab, it will give you a list of things you need to do to certify for inspections.
I had this same problem until I decided to try applying for one of their less popular jobs. I got it and after it was completed, the other resources opened up for me to get certified, etc. So, maybe try getting a different job with them as an investment. Now, I am offered the jobs I want almost daily. For their property inspector jobs, they can't put them as self-assign because they put them up when they're still negotiating, and once they are ready to go, they need it in just a couple days. But then, I'm still new, so this is just what happened for me.
