Yet again we have a new account whose first post is complaining about a company without providing any specific information at all. Can you be a little more specific? What did CHC do that leads you to accuse them of being incompetent or dishonest?

As to contacting you, it doesn't work that way here. We are a group of mystery shoppers who share information.

@Viictoria, why would anyone here contact you if they have any questions or concerns? You don't sound like you know anything.

@victoria900 Was there a particular situation that occurred that you feel was unprofessional, unreasonable, etc. that you would like to discuss or perhaps elaborate on?

When a man speaks to two different women on a raving rant, that was threatening in tone, he is not a professional that is worthy of working with our company. Your name should be removed from all mystery shopping sites, as no client would benefit from your services.

Interesting he would create a "female" username. Maybe he just generally believes women to be incompetent. We have a few of those who like to visit.

Wait...was the original post the rant?...or is the comment based on some other interaction that Mandy had with the poster. How would she know it was a man otherwise?

I know I haven't posted in a LONG time but I feel that I have to say something here. I just started working with this company in the past couple of months. I have had ZERO problems.

Mandy is nothing short of AWESOME! I had several questions about my first shop and again a few on my second shop, as they are very detailed and lengthy. Email, text and phone... always at the ready to answer my questions and speak with me until I fully understood what was expected of me. Email was answered with in an hour, phone and text was answered right away.

Worked through the editing and working with me to understand how the payback of money goes. I will say one thing about this. If you win.... get an exact amount of your winnings. I quoted a round number (thinking there is a way for them to verify and there very well may be one, like I said... working it out) Mandy went with that rounded number and why wouldn't she, I'm the idiot here for not asking the questions. That and I never win so I didn't expect it hahahaaa.

She is still answering every question in a speedy manner and working with me so that I understand everything. This company is absolutely on my LOVE list.... and that list is VERY short!!!
